Advanced Certificate in Theology (Adv.C.Th.) Print

The Advanced Certificate in Theology provides the student with an introduction to and grounding in the important areas of theology (Biblical Studies, Systematic and Historical Theology, Practical Theology). Biblical languages are not required for the Advanced Certificate. This will be a suitable qualification for various forms of Christian service. It will also provide a good foundation for pastoral ministry, provided it is supplemented by a additional study in practical theology. However, applicants who are called to pastoral ministry are urged to complete a more advanced qualification if at all possible.
